League Guidelines

Please remember—our league is all about having fun. While these rules may seem obvious, a quick reminder helps keep things running smoothly. By following these simple guidelines, we’re sure to have another rockstar season!

Rule 1

Be in your cart ready to go by 5:20pm.

Rule 2

No foursome requests, please. Teams are computer-generated at random to keep things fair and fun.

Rule 3

If you register to play and need to cancel before groups are assigned, send an email or text—you won't be included in the pairings.
If you cancel after groups are emailed or posted, it’s your responsibility to find a sub. Start by asking your assigned foursome; if no luck, use the sub list. Please don’t leave your group hanging.

Rule 4

Keeping score is optional—it’s entirely up to you.

Rule 5

Play only a scramble format. This helps keep things moving. Nine holes should take no more than two hours.

Rule 6

Don’t switch groups. It’s not respectful to the other members of your assigned foursome.

Rule 7

Try to avoid last-minute cancellations without finding a sub. Even if people say they don’t mind driving alone, it’s more fun with a whole group.

Rule 8

You’ll be notified as early as possible if golf is canceled due to inclement weather.

If you haven't received a cancellation email, you are expected to be at the course or have a sub arranged.
